12 因 為 人 若 有 願 做 的 心 ， 必 蒙 悅 納 ， 乃 是 照 他 所 有 的 ， 並 不 是 照 他 所 無 的 。

2 Corinthians 8:12

For if there be first a willing mind
If what is done springs from a truly noble, generous spirit, a spirit of bountifulness and liberality; and is given cheerfully and freely, and according to a man's ability; the quantity matters not, whether it be more or less:

it is accepted;
both of God and man:

according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
The widow's mite was as acceptable, and more so, than all the rich men cast into the treasury; a cup of cold water given to a prophet, in the name of a prophet, is taken notice of by God, and shall have its reward. The present sent by the Philippians to the Apostle Paul, and which perhaps was not very large, was "an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well pleasing to God", ( Philippians 4:18 ) .

10 我 在 這 事 上 把 我 的 意 見 告 訴 你 們 ， 是 與 你 們 有 益 ； 因 為 你 們 下 手 辦 這 事 ， 而 且 起 此 心 意 ， 已 經 有 一 年 了 ，

11 如 今 就 當 辦 成 這 事 。 既 有 願 做 的 心 ， 也 當 照 你 們 所 有 的 去 辦 成 。

12 因 為 人 若 有 願 做 的 心 ， 必 蒙 悅 納 ， 乃 是 照 他 所 有 的 ， 並 不 是 照 他 所 無 的 。

13 我 原 不 是 要 別 人 輕 省 ， 你 們 受 累 ，

14 乃 要 均 平 ， 就 是 要 你 們 的 富 餘 ， 現 在 可 以 補 他 們 的 不 足 ， 使 他 們 的 富 餘 ， 將 來 也 可 以 補 你 們 的 不 足 ， 這 就 均 平 了 。
