23 他 必 從 你 們 面 前 趕 出 這 一 切 國 民 ， 就 是 比 你 們 更 大 更 強 的 國 民 ， 你 們 也 要 得 他 們 的 地 。

Deuteronomy 11:23

Then will the Lord drive out all those nations from before
you
By little and little, even all the seven nations which then inhabited the land of Canaan; and this he would do to make room for them, that they might inherit the land; see ( Deuteronomy 7:1 )

and ye shall possess greater nations, and mightier than yourselves;
countries whose inhabitants were more in number, and greater in strength, than they; and therefore the conquest of them was not to be ascribed to themselves, but to the Lord; this is often observed; see ( Deuteronomy 7:1 ) ( 9:1 ) .

21 使 你 們 和 你 們 子 孫 的 日 子 在 耶 和 華 向 你 們 列 祖 起 誓 、 應 許 給 他 們 的 地 上 得 以 增 多 ， 如 天 覆 地 的 日 子 那 樣 多 。

22 你 們 若 留 意 謹 守 遵 行 我 所 吩 咐 這 一 切 的 誡 命 ， 愛 耶 和 華 ─ 你 們 的 　 神 ， 行 他 的 道 ， 專 靠 他 ，

23 他 必 從 你 們 面 前 趕 出 這 一 切 國 民 ， 就 是 比 你 們 更 大 更 強 的 國 民 ， 你 們 也 要 得 他 們 的 地 。

24 凡 你 們 腳 掌 所 踏 之 地 都 必 歸 你 們 ； 從 曠 野 和 利 巴 嫩 ， 並 伯 拉 大 河 ， 直 到 西 海 ， 都 要 作 你 們 的 境 界 。

25 必 無 一 人 能 在 你 們 面 前 站 立 得 住 ； 耶 和 華 ─ 你 們 的 　 神 必 照 他 所 說 的 ， 使 懼 怕 驚 恐 臨 到 你 們 所 踏 之 地 的 居 民 。
