27 王 燒 了 書 卷 （ 其 上 有 巴 錄 從 耶 利 米 口 中 所 寫 的 話 ） 以 後 ， 耶 和 華 的 話 臨 到 耶 利 米 說 ：

Jeremiah 36:27

Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah
In the place where he was hid; the Lord knew where he was, for he hid him, and therefore could send his word to him: after the king had burnt the roll;
either with his own hands, or had ordered it to be burnt, or connived at the burning of it: and the words which Baruch wrote at the mouth of Jeremiah;
hence the Jews ^F21 gather, that when a man sees the book of the law burnt, that he is bound to rend his garments twice; once for the burning of the paper or parchment, and again for the burning of the writing; but no other is meant than the roll, in which the prophecies were written, Baruch took from the mouth of Jeremiah: saying;

28 你 再 取 一 卷 ， 將 猶 大 王 約 雅 敬 所 燒 第 一 卷 上 的 一 切 話 寫 在 其 上 。

29 論 到 猶 大 王 約 雅 敬 你 要 說 ， 耶 和 華 如 此 說 ： 你 燒 了 書 卷 ， 說 ： 你 為 甚 麼 在 其 上 寫 著 ， 說 巴 比 倫 王 必 要 來 毀 滅 這 地 ， 使 這 地 上 絕 了 人 民 牲 畜 呢 ？
