15 看 哪 ， 耶 和 華 必 在 火 中 降 臨 ； 他 的 車 輦 像 旋 風 ， 以 烈 怒 施 行 報 應 ， 以 火 燄 施 行 責 罰 ；

Isaiah 66:15

For, behold, the Lord will come with fire
Either with material fire, with which mystical Babylon or Rome shall be burnt, ( Revelation 18:8 ) , or with indignation and wrath, which shall be poured out like fire, and be as intolerable and consuming as that: and with his chariots like a whirlwind;
making a great noise, and striking great terror; alluding to chariots in which men used formerly to fight: to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire;
a heap of words, to show the fierceness of his wrath, and how severe his rebuke of enemies will be; which will be not a rebuke in love, as of his own people, but in a way of vindictive wrath.

13 母 親 怎 樣 安 慰 兒 子 ， 我 就 照 樣 安 慰 你 們 ； 你 們 也 必 因 （ 或 譯 ： 在 ） 耶 路 撒 冷 得 安 慰 。

14 你 們 看 見 ， 就 心 中 快 樂 ； 你 們 的 骨 頭 必 得 滋 潤 像 嫩 草 一 樣 ； 而 且 耶 和 華 的 手 向 他 僕 人 所 行 的 必 被 人 知 道 ； 他 也 要 向 仇 敵 發 惱 恨 。

16 因 為 耶 和 華 在 一 切 有 血 氣 的 人 身 上 ， 必 以 火 與 刀 施 行 審 判 ； 被 耶 和 華 所 殺 的 必 多 。

17 那 些 分 別 為 聖 、 潔 淨 自 己 的 ， 進 入 園 內 跟 在 其 中 一 個 人 的 後 頭 ， 吃 豬 肉 和 倉 鼠 並 可 憎 之 物 ， 他 們 必 一 同 滅 絕 ； 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
