24 Yàlán de jūn bīng suī lái le yī xiǎo duì , Yēhéhuá què jiāng dà duì de jūn bīng jiāo zaì tāmen shǒu lǐ , shì yīn Yóudà rén lí qì Yēhéhuá tāmen lièzǔ de shén , suǒyǐ jiè Yàlán rén chéngfá yuē a shī .

2 Chronicles 24:24

For the army of the Syrians came with a small company of men,
&c.] It consisted but of few:

and the Lord delivered a very great host into their hand;
which the king of Judah and his princes had got together to oppose them:

because they had forsaken the Lord God of their fathers;
therefore the Lord forsook them, and gave them up into the hand of their enemies:

so they executed judgment against Joash;
were the instruments God made use of to execute his vengeance on him for his idolatry and murder.

22 Zhèyàng , yuē a shī wáng bù xiǎngniàn Sājiālìyà de fùqin Yéhéyédà xiàng zìjǐ suǒ shī de ēn , shā le tāde érzi . Sājiālìyà línsǐ de shíhou shuō , yuàn Yēhéhuá jiàn chá shēnyuān .

23 Mǎn le yī nián , Yàlán de jūn bīng shàng lái gōngjī yuē a shī , lái dào Yóudà hé Yēlùsǎlĕng , shā le mín zhōng de zhòng shǒulǐng , jiāng suǒ lüè de cái huò sòng dào Dàmǎsè wáng nàli .

25 Yàlán rén líkāi yuē a shī de shíhou , tā huàn zhòng bìng . chénpú beìpàn tā , yào bào jìsī Yéhéyédà érzi liúxuè zhī chóu , shā tā zaì chuáng shàng , zàng tā zaì Dàwèi chéng , zhǐshì bù zàng zaì liè wáng de fùnmù lǐ .

26 Beìpàn tāde shì yà mén fùrén shì mǐ yē de érzi Sǎbá hé Móyē fùrén shì Mǐlì de érzi yuē sà bá .
