8 Zhè shù zāi yú féi tián duō shuǐ de pángbiān , hǎo shēng zhīzǐ , jié guǒzi , chéngwéi jiā mĕi de pútàoshù .

Ezekiel 17:8

It was planted in, a good soil, by great waters
As is expressed in ( Ezekiel 17:5 ) ; this was done by the king of Babylon, who had raised Zedekiah from a low estate to a high one, and set him on the throne of Judah, over many people; and put him in such a condition, and in such circumstances, that he and his people might have been very happy, could they have been content:, for his view was, that he might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that
it might be a goodly vine;
that he and his people might grow numerous and rich, and be a prosperous and flourishing kingdom; this is mentioned to aggravate the ingratitude of Zedekiah, and the people of the Jews, in rebelling against the king of Babylon, who had used them well, and of whom they had no reason to complain.

6 Jiù jiànjiàn shēng zhǎng , chéngwéi mànyán ǎi xiǎo de pútàoshù . qí zhī zhuǎn xiàng nà yīng , qí gēn zaì yīng yǐxià , yúshì chéng le pútàoshù , shēng chū zhīzǐ , fāchū xiǎo zhī .

7 Yòu yǒu yī dà yīng , chìbǎng dà , yǔ maó duō . zhè pútàoshù cóng zāizhòng de qí zhōng xiàng zhè yīng wān guō gēn lái , fāchū zhīzǐ , hǎo dé tā de jiāo guàn .

8 Zhè shù zāi yú féi tián duō shuǐ de pángbiān , hǎo shēng zhīzǐ , jié guǒzi , chéngwéi jiā mĕi de pútàoshù .

9 Nǐ yào shuō , zhǔ Yēhéhuá rúcǐ shuō , zhè pútàoshù qǐnéng fā wàng ne . yīng qǐbù bá chū tā de gēn lái , shān chú tā de guǒzi , shǐ tā kū gān , shǐ tā fā de nèn yè dōu kū gān le ma . yĕ búyòng dàlì hé duō mín , jiù bá chū tā de gēn lái .

10 Pútàoshù suīrán zāizhòng , qǐnéng fā wàng ne . yī jīng dōng fēng , qǐbù quán rán kū gān ma . bì zaì shēng zhǎng de qí zhōng kū gān le .
