32 他 们 哀 号 的 时 候 ， 为 你 作 起 哀 歌 哀 哭 ， 说 ： 有 何 城 如 推 罗 ？ 有 何 城 如 他 在 海 中 成 为 寂 寞 的 呢 ？

Ezekiel 27:32

And in their wailing they shall takes up a lamentation for
thee
A mournful song, such as was used at funerals, or in times of calamity; and so the Vulgate Latin version renders it: and lament over thee;
saying the following ditty; what city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?
as there was none like it a few years ago for riches, splendour, and glory, so now there is none like it for misery and ruin; see ( Revelation 18:18 ) . The Targum is,

``who is as Tyre? there is none like unto her in the midst of the sea;''

she is not now Tyre the renowned, but Tyre the destroyed; destroyed in the midst of the sea, from whence she had her riches and her glory: or, "as one dumb or silent in the midst of the sea"; she, in whom was heard the voice of joy and singing, is now mute, and nothing more of that kind is heard in her see ( Revelation 18:22 ) .

30 他 们 必 为 你 放 声 痛 哭 ， 把 尘 土 撒 在 头 上 ， 在 灰 中 打 滚 ；

31 又 为 你 使 头 上 光 秃 ， 用 麻 布 束 腰 ， 号 啕 痛 哭 ， 苦 苦 悲 哀 。

33 你 由 海 上 运 出 货 物 ， 就 使 许 多 国 民 充 足 ； 你 以 许 多 资 财 、 货 物 使 地 上 的 君 王 丰 富 。

34 你 在 深 水 中 被 海 浪 打 破 的 时 候 ， 你 的 货 物 和 你 中 间 的 一 切 人 民 ， 就 都 沉 下 去 了 。
