Open that Bible of yours to First John Chapter four as we get ready for a Daily Walk with pastor John Randall. If you’ve been with us in this series, you know there’s a recurring theme… and that’s the importance of love! First we’re to receive God’s love, and then show it to others. In case you haven’t noticed there are opportunities to do that all around us.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if the world really operated by lLove? Love might be the most attacked attribute of God. Those who suffer bring into question the love of God. We consistently make what is unconditional, conditional. The Devil will always lie against the Love of God. But God's love truly is unconditional.

Have you ever heard the declaration, “God is Love?” Iʼm sure you have! But do you know where to find it in Scripture? Do you know what the author meant by it? Is it often misunderstood or taken out of context? Well, of course, John is the one who, in his gospel, referred to himself as “the disciple whom Jesus loved.” It seems John the apostle had particular insight into -- not just love, per se -- but divine love!
