25 Los hombres de Dan le dijeron:
—¡Ten cuidado con lo que dices! Por aquí hay unos hombres de mal genio que podrían enojarse y matarte a ti y a tu familia.

Judges 18:25

And the children of Dan said unto him, let not thy voice be
heard among us
Complaining of us as having done an unjust thing, charging and reproaching us with theft and sacrilege, insisting upon a restoration of the things taken, and abusing with odious names and characters:

lest angry fellows run upon thee:
lest men of bitter and passionate spirits, provoked by ill language given them, should draw their swords and fall upon thee:

and thou lose thy life, and the life of thy household;
the life of himself, his family, servants, tenants, and neighbours with him, which ought to have been more precious and valuable than his gods; of which there was great danger in demanding his gods, which by this they let him know they would not part with.

23 Estaban gritando cuando los alcanzaron. Entonces los hombres de Dan se dieron vuelta y le dijeron a Micaía:
—¿Qué te pasa? ¿Por qué has reunido a estos hombres y nos persiguen de esta forma?

24 —¿Cómo me preguntan: “¿Qué te pasa?” —contestó Micaía—. ¡Ustedes se han llevado todos los dioses que yo hice y a mi sacerdote, y no me queda nada!

25 Los hombres de Dan le dijeron:
—¡Ten cuidado con lo que dices! Por aquí hay unos hombres de mal genio que podrían enojarse y matarte a ti y a tu familia.

26 Así que los hombres de Dan siguieron su camino. Cuando Micaía vio que eran demasiados para atacarlos, dio la vuelta y regresó a su casa.

27 Luego los hombres de Dan, con los ídolos de Micaía y su sacerdote, llegaron a la ciudad de Lais, donde los habitantes eran pacíficos y vivían seguros. Entonces los atacaron con espadas y quemaron la ciudad hasta reducirla a cenizas.
