Ezekiel 25:2

Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites
Who were of the posterity of Lot, implacable enemies of the Jews; who hated their religion, and envied their wealth and happiness; against these the prophet is bid to "set his face"; to look that way where they lived, and to put on a frowning countenance, and a menacing aspect: "strengthen thy face", as the Septuagint and Arabic versions render it; look boldly at them: and prophesy against them;
deliver out the following prophecy concerning them.

1 Esta palavra do SENHOR veio a mim:
2 “Filho do homem, vire o rosto contra os amonitas e profetize contra eles.
3 Diga-lhes: Ouçam a palavra do Soberano, o SENHOR. Assim diz o Soberano, o SENHOR: Visto que vocês exclamaram: ‘Ah! Ah!’ quando o meu santuário foi profanado, quando a terra de Israel foi arrasada e quando a nação de Judá foi para o exílio,
4 vou entregá-los como propriedade do povo do oriente. Eles instalarão seus acampamentos e armarão suas tendas no meio de vocês; comerão suas frutas e beberão seu leite.
5 Farei de Rabá um cercado para camelos e de Amom um local de descanso para ovelhas. Então vocês saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
