1 Otra vez entró Jesús en una sinagoga; y había allí un hombre que tenía una mano seca.
1 He entered again into a synagogue; and a man was there whose hand was withered.
2 Y le observaban para ver si le sanaba en el día de reposo, para poder acusarle.
2 They were watching Him to see if He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse Him.
3 Y dijo<***> al hombre que tenía la mano seca: Levántate y ponte aquí en medio.
3 He said to the man with the withered hand, "Get up and come forward !"
4 Entonces les dijo<***>: ¿Es lícito en el día de reposo hacer bien o hacer mal, salvar una vida o matar? Pero ellos guardaban silencio.
4 And He said to them, "Is it lawful to do good or to do harm on the Sabbath, to save a life or to kill?" But they kept silent.
5 Y mirándolos en torno con enojo, entristecido por la dureza de sus corazones, dijo<***> al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y él la extendió, y su mano quedó sana.
5 After looking around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored.
6 Pero cuando los fariseos salieron, enseguida comenzaron a tramar con los herodianos en contra de Jesús, para ver cómo podrían destruirle.
6 The Pharisees went out and immediately began conspiring with the Herodians against Him, as to how they might destroy Him.
7 Jesús se retiró al mar con sus discípulos; y una gran multitud de Galilea le siguió; y también de Judea,
7 Jesus withdrew to the sea with His disciples; and a great multitude from Galilee followed; and also from Judea,
8 de Jerusalén, de Idumea, del otro lado del Jordán, y de los alrededores de Tiro y Sidón; una gran multitud, que al oír todo lo que Jesús hacía, vino a El.
8 and from Jerusalem, and from Idumea, and beyond the Jordan, and the vicinity of Tyre and Sidon, a great number of people heard of all that He was doing and came to Him.
9 Y dijo a sus discípulos que le tuvieran lista una barca por causa de la multitud, para que no le oprimieran;
9 And He told His disciples that a boat should stand ready for Him because of the crowd, so that they would not crowd Him;
10 porque había sanado a muchos, de manera que todos los que tenían aflicciones se le echaban encima para tocarle.
10 for He had healed many, with the result that all those who had afflictions pressed around Him in order to touch Him.
11 Y siempre que los espíritus inmundos le veían, caían delante de El y gritaban, diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.
11 Whenever the unclean spirits saw Him, they would fall down before Him and shout, "You are the Son of God!"
12 Y les advertía con insistencia que no revelaran su identidad.
12 And He earnestly warned them not to tell who He was.
13 Y subió<***> al monte, llamó<***> a los que El quiso, y ellos vinieron a El.
13 And He went up on the mountain and summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him.
14 Y designó a doce, para que estuvieran con El y para enviarlos a predicar,
14 And He appointed twelve, so that they would be with Him and that He could send them out to preach,
15 y para que tuvieran autoridad de expulsar demonios.
15 and to have authority to cast out the demons.
16 Designó a los doce: Simón (a quien puso por nombre Pedro),
16 And He appointed the twelve: Simon (to whom He gave the name Peter ),
17 Jacobo , hijo de Zebedeo, y Juan hermano de Jacobo (a quienes puso por nombre Boanerges, que significa, hijos del trueno);
17 and James, the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James (to them He gave the name Boanerges, which means, "Sons of Thunder ");
18 Andrés, Felipe, Bartolomé, Mateo, Tomás, Jacobo, hijo de Alfeo, Tadeo, Simón el cananita;
18 and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot;
19 y Judas Iscariote, el que también le entregó.
19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Him.
20 Jesús llegó<***> a una casa, y la multitud se juntó<***> de nuevo, a tal punto que ellos ni siquiera podían comer.
20 And He came home, and the crowd gathered again, to such an extent that they could not even eat a meal.
21 Cuando sus parientes oyeron esto, fueron para hacerse cargo de El, porque decían: Está fuera de sí.
21 When His own people heard of this, they went out to take custody of Him; for they were saying, "He has lost His senses."
22 Y los escribas que habían descendido de Jerusalén decían: Tiene a Beelzebú; y: Expulsa los demonios por el príncipe de los demonios.
22 The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, "He is possessed by Beelzebul," and "He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons."
23 Y llamándolos junto a sí, les hablaba en parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás expulsar a Satanás?
23 And He called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Y si un reino está dividido contra sí mismo, ese reino no puede perdurar.
24 "If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 Y si una casa está dividida contra sí misma, esa casa no podrá permanecer.
25 "If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
26 Y si Satanás se ha levantado contra sí mismo y está dividido, no puede permanecer, sino que ha llegado su fin.
26 "If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished!
27 Pero nadie puede entrar en la casa de un hombre fuerte y saquear sus bienes si primero no lo ata; entonces podrá saquear su casa.
27 "But no one can enter the strong man's house and plunder his property unless he first binds the strong man, and then he will plunder his house.
28 En verdad os digo que todos los pecados serán perdonados a los hijos de los hombres, y las blasfemias con que blasfemen,
28 "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;
29 pero cualquiera que blasfeme contra el Espíritu Santo no tiene jamás perdón, sino que es culpable de pecado eterno.
29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin "-
30 Porque decían: Tiene un espíritu inmundo.
30 because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit."
31 Entonces llegaron<***> su madre y sus hermanos, y quedándose afuera, le mandaron llamar.
31 Then His mother and His brothers arrived, and standing outside they sent word to Him and called Him.
32 Y había una multitud sentada alrededor de El, y le dijeron<***>: He aquí, tu madre y tus hermanos están afuera y te buscan.
32 A crowd was sitting around Him, and they said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are outside looking for You."
33 Respondiéndoles El, dijo<***>: ¿Quiénes son mi madre y mis hermanos?
33 Answering them, He said, "Who are My mother and My brothers?"
34 Y mirando en torno a los que estaban sentados en círculo, a su alrededor, dijo<***>: He aquí mi madre y mis hermanos.
34 Looking about at those who were sitting around Him, He said, "Behold My mother and My brothers!
35 Porque cualquiera que hace la voluntad de Dios, ése es mi hermano y mi hermana y mi madre.
35 "For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother."
