17 Y si rehúsa escucharlos, dilo a la iglesia; y si también rehúsa escuchar a la iglesia, sea para ti como el gentil y el recaudador de impuesto.

If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
