Acts 12:18

Now as soon as it was day
When it was morning; as soon as there was any light in the prison, by which the guards could discern one another and their prisoners:

there was no small stir among the soldiers:
the two between whom Peter slept, and the rest of the quaternions that were employed in the wards to keep watch; who were now all in an uproar, and in the utmost concern and fright:

what was become of Peter;
whether he was in any other part of the prison, by what means he could escape, and whither he was gone.

16 Mas Pedro perseveraba en llamar; y cuando abrieron, le vieron, y se espantaron.
17 Y 茅l haci茅ndoles con la mano se帽al de que callasen, les cont贸 c贸mo el Se帽or le hab铆a sacado de la c谩rcel. Y dijo: Haced saber esto a Jacobo y a los hermanos. Y sali贸, y se fue a otro lugar.
18 Luego que fue de d铆a, hubo no poco alboroto entre los soldados sobre qu茅 se hab铆a hecho de Pedro.
19 Mas Herodes, como le busc贸 y no le hall贸, hecha inquisici贸n de los guardas, los mand贸 llevar. Despu茅s descendiendo de Judea a Cesarea, se qued贸 all铆.
20 Y Herodes estaba enojado contra los de Tiro y los de Sid贸n; pero ellos vinieron concordes a 茅l, y sobornado Blasto, que era el camarero del rey, ped铆an paz; porque las tierras de ellos eran abastecidas por las del rey.
