1 John 3:22-24

Today we’re going to focus on our responsibility to obey the Word of God.  Now if you think you can do that in your own strength you’d be mistaken.  The key is to abide in Christ, much like a branch that’s connected to the vine.  

We’re in First John chapter three today talking about Answered Prayer.  God not only loves to hear from us, but delights in answering our prayers accordance to His will.  Sure it might not be on our time frame, but we can trust that He will do what’s best and at just the right time.  Let’s be encouraged to present our requests to God with the confidence He hears and answers!

I am deeply concerned when I do not see any spiritual embers, no passion or spiritual heat; when the things of God have a minimal place in a life.

Love is an evidence of the Christ life. Love accepts people just as they are. Because of Grace; Grace makes us all the same. Love understands there is Christ between believers.
