When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud;1 then they forgot2 me.37

The people of Samaria25 must bear their guilt,26 because they have rebelled27 against their God. They will fall by the sword;28 their little ones will be dashed29 to the ground, their pregnant women30 ripped open."
