See, a king1 will reign in righteousness and rulers will rule with justice.22
Each man will be like a shelter3 from the wind and a refuge from the storm,4 like streams of water5 in the desert6 and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.

Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,7 and the ears8 of those who hear will listen.

The mind of the rash will know and understand,9 and the stammering tongue10 will be fluent and clear.

No longer will the fool11 be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected.

For the fool speaks folly,12 his mind is busy with evil:13 He practices ungodliness14 and spreads error15 concerning the LORD; the hungry he leaves empty16 and from the thirsty he withholds water.
