The king then returned and came as far as the Jordan. And Judah came to Gilgal in order to go to meet the king, to bring the king across the Jordan.

Then the king returned and went as far as the Jordan. Now the men of Judah had come to Gilgal to go out and meet the king and bring him across the Jordan.

So the king started back to Jerusalem. And when he arrived at the Jordan River, the people of Judah came to Gilgal to meet him and escort him across the river.

(-) Also kam der König wieder. Und da er an den Jordan kam, waren die Männer Juda's gen Gilgal gekommen, hinabzuziehen dem König entgegen, daß sie den König über den Jordan führten.

Then the king returned. He went as far as the Jordan River. The men of Judah had come to Gilgal to welcome the king back. They had come to bring him across the Jordan.

David regresa a Jerusalén Así que el rey emprendió su regreso a Jerusalén. Cuando llegó al río Jordán, la gente de Judá fue hasta Gilgal para encontrarse con él y escoltarlo hasta el otro lado del río.

de modo que el rey emprendió el viaje y llegó hasta el Jordán. Los de Judá se dirigieron entonces a Guilgal para encontrarse con el rey y acompañarlo a cruzar el río.

Toen keerde de koning weder, en kwam tot aan de Jordaan; en Juda kwam te Gilgal, om den koning tegemoet te gaan, dat zij den koning over de Jordaan voerden.

And the king turned again, and came till to Jordan (And so the king returned, and came to the Jordan River); and all Judah came till into Gilgal to meet the king, and to lead him over (the) Jordan.
