Judges 9:56

Thus God rendered the wickedness of Abimelech which he did
unto his father
To the disgrace of his father's character, and to the hurt of his father's family:

in slaying his seventy brethren;
excepting one, which was a piece of unheard of wickedness, attended with most sad aggravations; the shedding such blood required blood to be shed again, and it was righteous judgment God rendered to him; this, and the following verse contain the remarks made upon this history by the writer of it, who, as we have seen, in all probability, was the Prophet Samuel.

54 Entonces 茅l llam贸 apresuradamente al muchacho que era su escudero, y le dijo: Saca tu espada y m谩tame, no sea que se diga de m铆: "Una mujer lo mat贸." Y el muchacho lo traspas贸, y muri贸.
55 Cuando los hombres de Israel vieron que Abimelec hab铆a muerto, cada cual parti贸 para su casa.
56 As铆 pag贸 Dios a Abimelec por la maldad que hab铆a hecho a su padre al matar a sus setenta hermanos.
57 Dios tambi茅n hizo volver sobre sus cabezas toda la maldad de los hombres de Siquem, y vino sobre ellos la maldici贸n de Jotam, hijo de Jerobaal.
