1 Samuel 23:12

Then said David, will the men of Keilah deliver me and my men
into the hand of Saul?
&c.] That is, the lords and great men of the place, the governor of the city, and the heads of it, the chief magistrates in it:

and the Lord said, they will deliver [thee] up:
that is, provided he stayed there; for the Lord knew the dispositions and affections of their minds, that they were inclined to do it, and would do it, if he continues among them till Saul came down; which showed the great ingratitude of this people to their deliverer.

10 Dàwèi dǎogào shuō , Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén a , nǐ púrén tīng zhēn le Sǎoluó yào wǎng Jīyīlā lái , wèi wǒde yuángù miè chéng .

11 Jī yī lā rén jiāng wǒ jiāo zaì Sǎoluó shǒu lǐ bù jiāo . Sǎoluó zhào zhe nǐ púrén suǒ tīng de huà xià lái bú xià lái . Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén a , qiú nǐ zhǐshì púrén . Yēhéhuá shuō , Sǎoluó bì xià lái .

12 Dàwèi yòu shuō , Jīyīlā rén jiāng wǒ hé gēnsuí wǒde rén jiāo zaì Sǎoluó shǒu lǐ bù jiāo . Yēhéhuá shuō , Bìjiāo chūlai .

13 Dàwèi hé gēnsuí tāde yuē yǒu liù bǎi/bó rén , jiù qǐshēn chū le Jīyīlā , wǎng tāmen suǒ néng wǎng de dìfang qù . yǒu rén gàosu Sǎoluó , Dàwèi líkāi Jīyīlā taó zǒu . yúshì Sǎoluó bù chūlai le .

14 Dàwèi zhù zaì kuàngyĕ de shān zhaì lǐ , cháng zaì Xīfú kuàngyĕ de shān dì . Sǎoluó tiāntiān xún suǒ Dàwèi , shén què bú jiāng Dàwèi jiāo zaì tā shǒu lǐ .
