2 Samuel 15:21

And Ittai answered the king, and said
With an oath, as follows:

[as] the Lord liveth, and [as] my lord the king liveth;
which he took to confirm what he after says, and to put an end to the debate between them:

surely, in what place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or
life, even there also will thy servant be;
signifying that he would attend him wherever he went, hazard his life in his cause, and live and die with him.

19 Wáng duì Jiātè rén yǐ taì shuō , nǐ shì waì bāng taó lái de rén , wèishénme yǔ wǒmen tóng qù ne . nǐ kĕyǐ huí qù yǔ xīn wáng tóng zhù , huòzhĕ huí nǐ bĕn dì qù ba .

20 Nǐ lái de rìzi bù duō , wǒ jīnrì zĕn hǎo jiào nǐ yǔ wǒmen yītóng piāoliú , méiyǒu yídéng de zhù chù ne . nǐ bù rú daì nǐde dìxiōng huí qù ba . yuàn Yēhéhuá yòng cíaì chéngshí dāi nǐ .

21 Yǐ taì duì wáng shuō , wǒ zhǐ zhe yǒngshēng de Yēhéhuá qǐshì , yòu gǎn zaì wáng miànqián qǐshì , wúlùn shēng sǐ , wáng zaì nǎli , púrén yĕ bì zaì nàli .

22 Dàwèi duì yǐ taì shuō , nǐ qián qù guō hé ba . yúshì Jiātè rén yǐ taì daì zhe gēnsuí tāde rén hé suǒyǒude fùrén háizi , jiù dōu guō qù le .

23 Bĕn dì de rén dōu fàng shēng dà kū . zhòng mín jǐn dōu guō qù , wáng yĕ guō le Jílúnxī . zhòng mín wǎng kuàngyĕ qù le .
