Deuteronomy 26:6

And the Egyptians evil entreated us
Ordered their male children to be killed by the midwives, and by another edict to be drowned by the people:

and afflicted us;
by setting taskmasters over them, who put heavy burdens upon them:

and laid upon us hard bondage;
in mortar and brick, and all manner of field service, in which they made them serve with rigour, and whereby their lives were made bitter; see ( Exodus 1:9-22 ) .

4 祭 司 就 从 你 手 里 取 过 筐 子 来 ， 放 在 耶 和 华 ─ 你 　 神 的 坛 前 。

5 你 要 在 耶 和 华 ─ 你 　 神 面 前 说 ： 我 祖 原 是 一 个 将 亡 的 亚 兰 人 ， 下 到 埃 及 寄 居 。 他 人 口 稀 少 ， 在 那 里 却 成 了 又 大 又 强 、 人 数 很 多 的 国 民 。

8 他 就 用 大 能 的 手 和 伸 出 来 的 膀 臂 ， 并 大 可 畏 的 事 与 神 迹 奇 事 ， 领 我 们 出 了 埃 及 ，
