And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness:

But then I saw seven sick-looking cows, scrawny and thin, come up after them. I’ve never seen such sorry-looking animals in all the land of Egypt.

Pero he aquĂ, otras siete vacas subieron detrás de ellas, pobres, de muy mal aspecto y flacas, de tal fealdad como yo nunca habĂa visto en toda la tierra de Egipto.

After them, there came up out of the river seven more cows, poor, miserable-looking and lean -I've never seen such bad-looking cows in all the land of Egypt!

Und siehe, sieben andere Kühe stiegen nach ihnen herauf, dürr und sehr häßlich von Gestalt und mager an Fleisch; ich habe wie diese an Häßlichkeit keine gesehen im ganzen Lande Ägypten.

En zie, zeven andere koeien kwamen op na deze, mager en zeer lelijk van gedaante, rank van vlees; ik heb dergelijke van lelijkheid niet gezien in het ganse Egypteland.

and lo, seven other kine are coming up after them, thin, and of very bad form, and lean [in] flesh; I have not seen like these in all the land of Egypt for badness.
