16 Toma tu vara y extiende la mano sobre el mar. Divide las aguas para que los israelitas puedan pasar por en medio del mar, pisando tierra seca.

Exodus 14:16

But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the
sea, and divide it
Even the same rod with which so many wonders had been done in Egypt; and Artapanus, the Heathen, says ^F24, that Moses being bid by a divine voice to smite the sea with his rod, he hearkened to it, and touched the water with it, and so it divided, as it is said it did, ( Exodus 14:21 )

and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of
the sea;
and so they did, ( Exodus 14:22 Exodus 14:29 ) .

17 Yo endureceré el corazón de los egipcios y se lanzarán contra los israelitas. La grandeza de mi gloria se manifestará por medio del faraón y de su ejército, sus carros de guerra y sus conductores.

18 Cuando mi gloria se exhiba por medio de ellos, ¡todo Egipto verá mi gloria y sabrán que yo soy el Señor
