20 Nǐ ruò beì zhe zhàngfu xíng le wūhuì de shì , zaì nǐ zhàngfu yǐwaì yǒu rén yǔ nǐ xíng yín ,

Mínshùjì 5:20 Meaning and Commentary

Numbers 5:20

But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy
husband
Gone aside from the paths of modesty and chastity, and betook herself to another man's bed instead of her husband's:

and if thou be defiled,
by committing adultery:

and some man hath lain with thee beside thy husband;
these phrases are all synonymous, and a heap of words are made use of to express the sin, and that there might be no evasion of it, and that it might be clear what was intended, this being said on oath.

18 Jìsī yào jiào nà fùrén péng tóu sǎn fā , zhàn zaì Yēhéhuá miànqián , bǎ sīniàn de sù jì , jiù shì yí hèn de sù jì , fàng zaì tā shǒu zhōng . jìsī shǒu lǐ ná zhe zhì zhòuzǔ de kǔ shuǐ ,

19 Yào jiào fùrén qǐshì , duì tā shuō , ruò méiyǒu rén yǔ nǐ xíng yín , yĕ wèicéng beì zhe zhàngfu zuò wūhuì de shì , nǐ jiù miǎn shòu zhè zhì zhòuzǔ kǔ shuǐ de zāi .

20 Nǐ ruò beì zhe zhàngfu xíng le wūhuì de shì , zaì nǐ zhàngfu yǐwaì yǒu rén yǔ nǐ xíng yín ,

21 ( jìsī jiào fùrén fā zhòu qǐshì ) , yuàn Yēhéhuá jiào nǐ dàtuǐ xiāo shòu , dù fù fā zhàng , shǐ nǐ zaì nǐ mín zhōng beì rén zhòuzǔ , chéng le shì yǔ/4 .

22 Bìngqiĕ zhè zhì zhòuzǔ de shuǐ rù nǐde cháng zhōng , yào jiào nǐde dù fù fā zhàng , dàtuǐ xiāo shòu . fùrén yào huídá shuō , āmén , āmén .
