25 Yuēshūyà duì tāmen shuō , nǐmen búyào jùpà , yĕ búyào jīng huáng . yīngdāng gāngqiáng zhuàng dǎn , yīnwei Yēhéhuá bì zhèyàng daì nǐmen suǒ yào gōngdǎ de yīqiè chóudí .

Joshua 10:25

And Joshua said, rest not, nor be dismayed
Not meaning at the kings, who perhaps lay bound upon the ground, or however were not in a condition to make any resistance, so that they had nothing to fear from them; but this respects future time, and what other enemies they should meet with; who would be brought into subjection to them as these were, and therefore from hence should take heart:

be strong, and of good courage;
and go on valiantly in subduing the rest of their enemies, and not be afraid of them:

for thus shall the Lord do to all your enemies against whom ye fight;
put them into their hands, and give them power to tread on their necks: this shows that what Joshua did, or ordered to be done, was of the Lord.

24 Daì chū nà wǔ wáng dào Yuēshūyà miànqián de shíhou , Yuēshūyà jiù zhào le Yǐsèliè zhòngrén lái , duì nàxiē hé tā tóng qù de jūnzhǎng shuō , nǐmen jìn qián lái , bǎ jiǎo tā zaì zhèxie wáng de jǐngxiàng shàng . tāmen jiù jìn qián lái , bǎ jiǎo tā zaì zhèxie wáng de jǐngxiàng shàng .

26 Suíhòu Yuēshūyà jiāng zhè wǔ wáng shā sǐ , guà zaì wǔ kē shù shàng . tāmen jiù zaì shù shàng zhí guà dào wǎnshang .

27 Rìtou yào luō de shíhou , Yuēshūyà yī fēnfu , rén jiù bǎ shī shǒu cóng shù shàng qǔ xià lái , diū zaì tāmen cáng guō de dòng lǐ , bǎ jǐ kuaì dà shítou fàng zaì dòng kǒu , zhí cún dào jīnrì .
