Genesis 31:45

And Jacob took a stone, and set it up [for] a pillar.
] To show his readiness to agree to the motion, he immediately took a large stone that lay upon the mount, and set it up on one end, to be a standing monument or memorial of the agreement now about to be made between them.

43 LabĂŁo respondeu a JacĂł: “As mulheres sĂŁo minhas filhas, os filhos sĂŁo meus, os rebanhos sĂŁo meus. Tudo o que vocĂȘ vĂȘ Ă© meu. Que posso fazer por essas minhas filhas ou pelos filhos que delas nasceram?
44 Façamos agora, eu e vocĂȘ, um acordo que sirva de testemunho entre nĂłs dois”.
45 Então Jacó tomou uma pedra e a colocou em pé como coluna.
46 E disse aos seus parentes: “Juntem algumas pedras”. Eles apanharam pedras e as amontoaram. Depois comeram ali, ao lado do monte de pedras.
47 LabĂŁo o chamou Jegar-Saaduta, e JacĂł o chamou Galeede.
